Mr. Rajiv Gupta, Chief Financial Officer, is a Commerce Graduate from University of Mumbai and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has 30 years of rich and varied experience in the field of Finance & Accounts spread across Office Automations, Infrastructure, Textile, Chemical & Pesticides Industries..

Ms. Archisha Tyagi is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law. She brings with her more than 6 years of work experience with reputable companies in the area of corporate secretarial and related compliances.

Mr. Vats, Graduate with P.G. Diploma in Marketing and Management, has a vast experience in the Calcium Carbonate industry and has been associated with the Company for over 3 decades. He is responsible for the operations, business development and marketing of GPL, as well as day-to-day affairs of the company. Apart from the existing PCC/GCC business activities, he is also responsible for developing the onsite PCC business linked to the paper industry.

Mr. Tewari is M.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and PGD Project & Management from Punjabi University, Patiala (Punjab). He has over 30 years of experience in varied industrial managing skills including Organics, Fertilizers, Caustic Soda/Soda, Power House, PCC/GCC, Sorbitol and Distillery. He has been associated with GPL since 1989 and his expertise includes preparation of project plans and monitoring projects to ensure its execution within the time & cost parameters. He is a keen strategist and planner with skills in conceptualizing and effecting process initiatives that enhance plant efficiency and productivity.

Mrs. Jain is MS in marketing from City University of New York, USA. She is also a Baking Technologist from American Institute of Baking, USA. She has been associated with GPL since 1996 and currently involved in operations and overall management of the company. Mrs. Jain manages business policies, strategic decisions, business development and day-to-day affairs of the Starch derivatives plant. She also has experience in market research and baking industry. She has hosted culinary series on CNBC.

Mrs. Pasari is MBA from Cardiff University, UK. She has the experience of having conceived and set-up a packaging unit in Haridwar, under the umbrella of GPL. She has been associated with GPL since 2009 and is currently designated as Whole Time Director. She has supervisory responsibility for Finance and Human Resources functions and leads various strategic initiatives in the smooth operation of the company.

Mrs. Pasari is MBA from Cardiff University, UK. She has the experience of having conceived and set-up a packaging unit in Haridwar, under the umbrella of GPL. She has been associated with GPL since 2009 and is currently designated as Whole Time Director. She has supervisory responsibility for Finance and Human Resources functions and leads various strategic initiatives in the smooth operation of the company.

Mr. Ajay Jain has extensive experience in functional areas like corporate financing, accounting, audit, taxation, project control and general management; He is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His analytical skills have resulted in enhancing the values of operations.

Mr. Maheshwari has more than 25 years of rich experience in various Industries like Banking, Electronics, Iron & Steel, Chemicals and Infrastructure (Power). He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He handled the entire gamut of Finance, Project Finance, Banking, Accounts, Taxation, Legal and Statutory Compliances etc. He has been associated with GPL for more than 16 years. He has worked in senior positions in Jindal, Indiabulls, Thapar Group and Bajaj Group.

Mr. J. J. Bhagat has joined the Board of Directors of GPL w.e.f. 2nd August, 2014. He is Post Graduate in Sugar Technology and having over 35 years long experience in Sugar and Allied Industries including Ethanol, Bio-poner etc. He is also director in STM projects Ltd. and Divya Energy Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. R. K. Gupta is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Finance, Taxation and Management. He has joined the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 2nd August, 2014.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer, is a Commerce Graduate and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has 27 years of experience spread across various Industries such as Automobiles, Chemicals, and Packaging & Financial Services. He started his career in 1987 and associated with the Company since 2010.

Mr. Arvind Kumar Gupta - Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, is a Engineering graduate from MIT, Manipal and has attended short term leadership courses from IIM, Ahmadabad. He has 22 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in a wide range of industries. He has been leading the Sales & Marketing department for last ten years in Gulshan and has been instrumental in setting up export division of the group and making the company’s products available in more than 40 countries.

Ms. Nisha Gupta, Company Secretary, is an associate member of ‘Company Secretaries of India’. She has been associated with the Company since 2009 and handled varied assignments such as Dividend distribution, Amalgamation, Preferential issue and Listing of shares etc.
